1. What we collect
When you buy something we keep your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and order history. When you browse we keep anonymous analytics about which pages were useful. We never collect card numbers — those go straight to our payment processor.
2. How we use it
To send you the thing you bought, to tell you where it is, to handle returns and repairs, and — only if you asked — to email you when something new arrives. We do not sell your details to anyone.
3. Cookies
We use the cookies that make the basket work and a small number of analytics cookies. You can refuse the analytics ones without losing any functionality.
4. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
5. Orders and pricing
Prices include tax where shown. An order is accepted when we send the dispatch email. If something is mispriced we will contact you before charging.
6. Returns and repairs
Our returns window is thirty days from delivery. Repairs are offered free for as long as you own the garment and do not affect your statutory rights.
